About the Nancy Blondin Scholarship
The scholarship was started in 2000 to honor the late Nancy Blondin, who was president of the Carmel Chamber from 1986 to 2000. The $4,000 scholarship, awarded $1,000 each year for four years, is available exclusively to children of employees whose companies are OneZone members. Students who work for companies that are members of Onezone are not eligible, unless that company is owned by a parent. Students attending high school out of state are not eligible.

The chamber’s Scholarship Committee will award the scholarship to an in-state high school student based on equal weighting of activities, both in school and out; academic achievement; quality of a written essay about the person who has most influenced his/her chosen career determination; and need.
